Welcome to DarkForge Art. By accessing or purchasing from our platform (darkforgeart.store), you agree to comply with our store terms. All original artwork, digital designs, and product concepts created by DarkForge Art remain protected intellectual property.

2. Shipping Guidelines

Shipping may be included in the listed product price for selected destinations, including the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, and parts of Europe. For other destinations, or where carrier costs exceed the amount already included in the product price, an additional delivery fee may be added at checkout before payment.

The order total shown before payment is the amount you authorize us to charge. Delivery costs depend on the product type, quantity, shipping destination, and available carrier options. Estimated delivery times may vary by destination, customs processing, local holidays, and carrier delays.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or local charges required by their country. These charges are not controlled by DarkForge Art and may not appear in the checkout total.

3. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Physical products are made to order. Because of this, returns are generally accepted only for damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items. Customers should contact support with the order number and clear photos of the issue as soon as possible after delivery.

Digital downloads and license purchases are generally final once access has been delivered, except where required by law or where a technical issue prevents access to the purchased file.

Customer names, shipping addresses, and payment details collected during checkout are processed securely for payment handling, order delivery, fraud prevention, account access, and customer support.
